If you create your own datacenter IPs:

Will Google be able to spot that it is datacenter IPs and not residential?

The VPS's used can be from different hosts. For having different c blocks and locations.

I know this is old, but did you find an answer to this? Did your operations improve if you found what you needed?

Of course google knows if you're using a datacenter IP. Are we talking about for ad accounts or scraping? Either way, it doesnt matter. Datacenter IP's are a thing of the past.

If they decide to yes, but I had no problem making gmails with datacenter ones. Residential IPs on the other hand are as the name implies, yet more versatile, expensive, and not easy to find.

Websites can detect the subnet of the proxy, so if you have two different proxies, both would be blacklisted in lieu of the same detected subnet.
