Private cpa networks.

can anyone refer me to a couple of private CPA networks, that are reliable and most importantly pay out.

Got a few $K to use on some PPC advertising but looking for a couple of good private networks.

I've heard these are much better then your average CPA network. Payout is much larger as these are not usually your middleman Networks.
