My SEO power comes from my own internal blog networks. I am always looking for ways to expand my internal blog network, I was wondering if anyone knew of any ways to get more sites added to my network.

    Currently I get sites by:
    • Checking Register Compass and Name Jet Drop Auctions
    • Searching old directories and buying old websites from webmaster
    • Building blogs and paying content writers to write quality content
    • Register EMD's and build a few links, hoping they rank
    • Use my clients to find websites.

I've been trying to find webmasters that have MNS sites or extra sites that they are looking to sell. Ideally, I want to try to find sites that have a PR and ranking value. Its easy to get crap sites. I have about 150 sites that are PR1 or higher but I need more.

Surely their are easier ways to acquire good sites, HELP! Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

The methods I listed above work fine. Its how ive gotten the 150 sites that I have right now, these methods are just time consuming. Does someone know of an easy way to reach out to people looking to sell their sites?

It was quite costly. I have a local SEO company, (my staff did alot of the work) but their salaries are expensive. I had to pay them to find the domains, setup wordpress blogs, create themes, build links and write compelling content that gets links naturally.

If you add up their salaries alone, its over $15,000. I couldn't even begin to estimate the cost of the network. Private networks are extremely costly, but their benefit is decent. I've never sold spots on my network because I'm trying to keep it from getting penalized.

The best approach would be to ask or maybe put up a line in your signature. There are many websites/webmasters out there who have too many sites to handle and are always on the lookout to sell.

I have a .info domain dmoz listed, pr1, page authority 44.
    PM me if you interested.

    To get high pagerank domain

    1. Sign in to expireddomains.net and find expired domains that still have pagerank there.
    2. check it in cekpr.com to ensure that the pagerank is valid.
    3. Register domains at GoDaddy, Namecheap, or the other.
    4. and you also get a domain with high pagerank without difficulty
    Another trick I will share here :) :) :)

I have pagerank 4 and pagerank 3 domains here, PM if you interested :) :) :)

Tip: If you notice the same seller when purchasing BIN domains, contact him directly and ask for a list.

Usually you can get a cheaper price that way... and if they're smart they will have already verified the backlinks.

Look for sites ranking on page 3,4,5 etc. Blogs with obvious on page mistakes especially; bad onsite linking, links directly to affiliate not masked, shit LSI, etc. Contact them IF YOU CAN and shoot them email you want to buy their blog, getting into niche and ask what is amount they will take and feel happy about it.

These are sometimes noobs w/ unique content in their niche and just some flat out mistakes. They will overvalue their site but you should respect it. Like if they ask $2K for a site w/ 20 unique pages you would pay $200 for. Send them email back saying thanks but you are in 2 different ballparks and again thanks but no thanks. Some get back, some don't; it's a numbers game.

When they do, it's game on. Put yourself in their shoes. They want max and you deal from there, not revealing critical seo flaws. If you made a site and put your heart into it you would ask top dollar too, right? They're trying to market and profit. Use that as leverage. They're getting a few bucks here and there MAYBE, payout minimums etc. but $200 in their paypal account TODAY will make some people think about their failing website. They have new ideas, new techniques and whatever else they need to buy. $200 is a nice chunk of change online. OTOH you're paying $200 for 10-20 hand written pages that some are RANKING! Fix it up and add to your network or flip it or keep it while helping a young entrepreneur with cash flow as well. Win-Win!
