There are many posts here relating to it, just search and you will find what you want. Do not over complicate things, and it is a simple and a straightforward process to build a PBN.

Becker over at Source Wave has a bunch of entertaining video tutorials on building your PBN. He does a good job of making you feel like a dofus for over thinking every detail (which I tend to do wayyy too much of) and gets you motivated to take action.
