Up to what point will an anonymous crypto debit card give privacy if someone is using it in a third world country to make everyday purchases at mcdonalds, walmart, gas, online shopping if the money hasnt been declared because of tax evasion? Does privacy at this point really exist?

If that's crypto debit card, then you didn't have any to begin with. It's just as heavily regulated and your funds are in custody of the provider. If they want to, they will block you out of them just as easily as with the usual bank accounts.

sell your crypto to someone locally for cash... there are people who buy crypto as a business.. forget about cards .. cash is king

the comment above me says it all, but you can try crypto atms as well (they are not as private as selling to someone for cash)

What do you mean?

Privacy exist, some card do require code to complete transaction which need to come on your line. Someone can't use third party crypto card without owner permission
