hello, do you use vpn or tor when connecting to your offshore hosting panel or using ftp/adding content to your website?
can i use my credit card paying for offshore hosting? it will be some kind of porn content, i might get dmca complains
im kinda scared that they might track me down, but there is literally no way to be completely anonymous today
i mean when using tor i cant even register new google accout for analytics for this page

tl;dr do i need to use vpn connecting to my server in order to stay "anonymous"? or doesnt matter
 
I wouldn't risk showing my ip to the host, VM + vpn + fake info on everything and you are good to go, pay with crypto or stealth paypal account

You can use vpn, but you don't have to worry if your ip is dynamic. Also, the country you live in can be an advantage in this case
 
Payment always crypto, but logging into my domain to update, I just use 2 VPNs. Less laggier than a VM and proxy
