After making 4 virtual credit cards on privacy.com, i got this alert: $0.00 charge at "" declined on your card because we've detected multiple cards used at "". This behavior is prohibited on our system to prevent exploitation of new customer or referral promotions. If you have a special use-case which requires this, please reach out directly to our team at [email protected].

Anyone know any workarounds for this?

You used the same service multiple times right?
Eg. U paid for Amazon prime with 4 different cards?
 
Have you tried contacting support? They may require you to upgrade to a paid account but you should be able to get more than 4 cards.
