Priority Prospect Review?

I have use them, they are pretty good if you are trying to make an SEO network and each site does not have a lot of volume if you send volume to the site they may be down, the price is great and the support too, you can clon sites very quickly with the tools they offer you.

This is surprising actually. Have you contacted our support with this issue? If not, please contact our support with more information which sites went down and when it happened. We have clients who receive millions of views per week without any issues.

I have had my fair amount of contact with your support and I honestly wanted to point ot the good things I have had with you BUT when you start managing SERIOUSLY several sites you have some serious issues example:

a) I can't create different acces leves for an FTP/CPanel user.

b) You put down an entire segment of my entire network because I did not wanted the ssl certificate, I sent you an email about it, I paid the part I owed, I made clear I did not wanted to pay for the rest and you STILL turned down the entire segment.

c) You received a ceise and decist letter from somebody, you gave me 1 week to put the site down, I was working still on the site to make the changes and after 24 hours you unilaterally decided to put the entire site down, you did not backit up.

But the worst part is to come.... you are the only ones with this type of service that are reliables and to seem to know what you are doing.

a) I can't create different acces leves for an FTP/CPanel user.

You can create a separate FTP account for every single domain you have, if you want to. You can't create multiple cPanel users, yes, because 1 network = 1 cPanel account. This is changed in the new PBN dashboard.

b) You put down an entire segment of my entire network because I did not wanted the ssl certificate, I sent you an email about it, I paid the part I owed, I made clear I did not wanted to pay for the rest and you STILL turned down the entire segment.

This does not make any sense. Please PM me your email so I can take a closer look. It doesn't make sense because YOU must install a SSL certificate, we don't force it to you. SSL using is 100% free and it has always been.. So please PM me your email so I can take a closer look what you are talking about.

Actually, most clients receive 24 hour notice, not 7 days. Also, it sounds something like we don't do (taking a site down before the promised date). And if it was done then there must have been an explanation why it was done.

Anyway, please PM me your email so I can take a look at your claims and write a public response.

First of all, I'd like to thank patadeperro for being a long time client! Unfortunately, we could not come to a conclusion what happened with the SSL issue and paying extra as I'm still waiting for his reply. But I can say that yes, there was an issue where many of his websites did not open because our SSL renewal process had a bug which did not renew his SSL certificates and because of that, many of this websites were unavailable. This issue happened around 16 January 2018 (over a year ago) and something like this has not happened again. I'd like to take a moment and remind everyone to contact our support ASAP when something happens. Our support is there to help you.

Anyway, thanks for your feedback patadeperro and I hope you will have another successful year with us.

I have used Priority Prospect for almost half a year now and I love it. All my sites are indexed well and ranking good so far. The UI makes it easy to maintain and install whatever you need. I do a dedicated IP for each one and that's only about $3 per site. All unique SOA records, contact emails, etc. Easy SSL installer, just make sure you install it before you install the website software (at least my experience had trouble doing it the opposite way.) The support team has always been friendly and helpful to me. 5/5 in my book (I'm not affiliated in any way).

i use pp. excellent, hidden gem of a company. i don't read about them on pbn review sites much but that might be a good thing. pp will grow by word of mouth among people who need a pbn host that understands pbns, and is not just a glorified " cheap webhost "

200% vouch. my first post here in a year so just to bring this up.
