Printing Labels Thru Paypal

Hello,

I have never had this issue before and I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I already went to the paypal forum and no one could help and I also tried chatting with the autogirl and she was completely useless.

When I sell items on ebay, I always use paypal to print out my shipping labels. Lately, it's been very sporatic when the label will actually print. I know it's not my printer because I can print anything else. When I try printing, a window pops up that states "an error has occurred".

This happened to me the other day. I messed with it for awhile to no avail. Then I tried the next morning and everything worked perfectly. Now, it's being a turd again when trying to print a label.

Has this happened to any one else here? If so, what is going on? I really want to get these items out and it's just easier for me to print out the labels and have the USPS come and pick up my items rather than going to the post office with a ton of items and you know the rest.

I wonder what is going on? I even switched my printers around. I was using my Dell printer, then switched it to my HP. The HP was working, but then after about 10 labels, it quit working. Hmmmph!!!!

Works fine for me, if you try to print from Ebay does it work? Personally I prefer to use shiprush, basic program but saves me a little time, it also has an option to auto leave feedback after you print the label. I have been developing some listing/shipping software for a while now that will be ready to go in a couple months but I don't if I will ever let others use it or not.

Maybe you're having a browser issue, popup blocker or something causing the errors. Try using another one and see if you have the same problem.

Could be your browser. For some reason, I can never print out labels through Google Chrome.

Thanks for the ideas. I will switch browsers and try it. I just hate purchasing labels and having them not print. I know I can get a refund, but it states it has to come from the usps and from what I've heard, they aren't easy to get a refund from.

try a different computer I never had any problems printing the shipping labels but you can also print the shipping labels from egay instead of gaypal and you might get the results you need.
