Printerest? Where to Start?

For A Newbie like me any advice? i just made a account on accident a business account but im new to pinterest im going to be promoting a motor club like AAA and wanted to get some ideas from the top people on where to start!
 
Advertise on BHW
1. You need to get thousands of followers on Pinterest
2. You need to find other Pinterest users that related your niche.
 
I'd say also change the niche, considering that 80% of the people on Pinterest are female you might not get as much traffic as expected for a motor club ;) Also check the tutorials other people have made first, there are a lot of threads on this subject.
 
I never found pinterest so good in terms of traffic, best is twitter, than FB then Pinterest.
 
My advice... start with a whole new niche. Think older women.. what are they interested in? Fashion, arts/crafts, cooking, gardening, etc..

1 Name your profile and verify your website
2 Get the official Pin It Button
3 Use Rich Pins
4 Ensure link quality
5 Write compelling, targeted deiscriptions. But careful with hash tags
6 Craft useful board names and discriptions
7 Increase engagement
8 Keep it fresh
 
Posting on group boards is the best way to get traffic these days from pinterest? I remember, about 2 years ago just posting hundreds pins a day brings a lot of traffic. These days are gone?

1. Follow others
2. Pin from other people
3. try to join other boards

Where do I get the official pin it button?

What do you mean by rich pins?

Is jewely -> rings a good niche?
 
Get a bot to automate tasks. Look in the BST for a couple good ones.
