If I am not wrong, then I had come across this news few days back, and I am certain that it's a rumor and fake pics have been uploaded. Many fake pics of celebrities have been uploaded in the past, so this isn't a big deal. Some of them are photo-shopped by professionals, so you can't tell whether they are fake or real. #Just my 2 cents. Anyways, the guy whosoever seems to be enjoying in the second pic. ;)
 
Yea , I seen this a few days ago too. It was actually one of his friends that give the pictures to the media.

Actually, I think they are real. The lack of refutation tells its story. See below also:

The worse part is actually the person who sold the pics. What they do behind closed doors is their business if everything is lawful.

When you reach to a certain stature, then you have to guard your integrity far more than anyone else. He is third in line of the thrown, but if these pics are real, then it will certainly be a huge embarrassment for his father Prince Charles who as far as I remember has always maintained his royal status. If we check out the history of Harry, then he has a history of doing something out-of-box. ;)

Yet he was just having some fun. Don't think that other big figures aren't doing shady things. Just because you don't know about it, it doesn't matter it doesn't happen.

They're legit. Rupert Murdoch of Fox News fame came out the other day and tweeted that everyone should "give Harry a break" over this. :D

Anyway, he's never going to be king so it's understandable that he should go out and have some fun.

As he's fit and he's got a nice body he's doing a great marketing job for the tourist industry in the UK and there is bound to be an increase in the number of attractive nubile young women heading to the UK just on the off chance of partying with him.

Seems like a win win for everyone :)

The guy is a legend! haha .. Everyone in Britain loved him before, but now we love him even more! The only people who are against this are old people who would rather sit at home and read a book than have a good time!

Why can't harry be king?!?! :(
