You actually can go to flippa and look at just sold section to look at what people pay for similar niche website with same condition as yours.
It also depends how you present to the flippa audience what you are offering too.

Many people used to make a site with no traffic and revenue, but with content, and sell it for $100, and keep doing the same thing 10 times a day, and make a good living.
But that does not work any more, the sites that sell now best are sites with
TRAFFIC + REVENUE
Buyers are interested in Traffic, Revenue, PR (No worries if you don't have it!) and a good alexa rank (no worries if yours is high, it's a new site).
If I were you, what I would be concentrated at is the revenue, try to use Adsense on different parts of the site, and try to increase the traffic to more, and once you think you are ready, once the site makes TRAFFIC + REVENUE then go list it at Flippa.
Before listing it, make sure that you check how to list a site, with a fancy title such as
Clickbank Product! $300/month - NO RESERVE
As you see, there is "NO RESERVE" in the title why which attracts many viewers and the bidding will increase.
Find blogs, forum(s) on Site flipping, read other members success stories, tips, and etc, there are great info, many small stuff that could make your sale a lot better.

There is some debate about having no reserve.
If the bid volume is low, you may end up selling at USD 1
But if there is reserve set, you can said that you will not sell below your reserve which is your breakeven point for your site

Well you won't make a no reserve sale on a brand new site, you will get $5 for it, they don't sell good anymore, but if you think your site is worth as you think, then no reserve is the best, the top site flippers(not only T&B but others also) use no reserve on their auctions, but no reserve works best for sites with revenue and traffic.

I really appreciated your awnsers!
My site is now making arround 50$ month in adsense and continues with the "good" amount of traffic. I really can duplicate this amount if i become acepted in a CPA...i have a really good idea to use this with email submits.
Anyway, my site haves a good amount of backlinks too.
You think that i can sell this for 200$+ ?

Jokes aside, you can sell it for $500, you can sell it for $200, it depends the way you sell it, there are many ways to increase the viewers / bidders , and it surely will make a difference. I recommend you to use a title such as

It's better to put the "NO RESERVE" at the end of the title always, since most people won't look in the middle when looking for "no reserve" , but many other reasons.

I sold the site near to $300.
I thinks it's a good amount of money, because all this was my first site, and served as a "test" site.I'm happy with this, and i learned few things about flippa. I made ​​some mistakes, but now I learned from them.
Don't be paranoid if you made a mistake, be paranoid just if you don't learn anyting from your mistakes.

I'm thinking about selling a domain related to jailbreak/iphone unlocker.The domain isn't too older, but is a nice and suitable domain for this niche.
