Price for a link on my site question

Hello everyone, I hope I posted the thread in the right thread.

Well I've got an offer from a marketing analyst and he wants a link on my site.
I must say that my site has unique content and currently it has 15 pages.
It's at the beginning so I have a few unique visitors a day.

He asked me for colaboration and I can post the link where I want and also he asked me "what payment do I think that it would be appropriate for purchasing the link space"

Can anyone help me with some prices? and should I make it no-follow?

White hat, yes you should make it no follow.

But if you do they properly wont want to buy it anymore.

And what are the prices

Few unique visitors, unique content in the same niche as the customer ( which is a marketing analyst as he sais ) and I have pr0.

Price, price, price ??? how much should I ask him for?

Depends on a few factors (like site age, google rank, PR, etc).

Price ranges for backlinks are all over the place. Some people charge $10 per link, some charge $5 per link per month, some charge $40 a year etc.

Update:

He is offering me 15 $ per month payed in my paypal account.

He's asking me for "For the contract I'll need a name, billing address, and the PayPal account to disburse payment."

What contract is he talking? anybody knows ?

Should I ask him for 20-30 ? or should I accept that ?

The whole contract idea is kind of sketchy... never heard about signing any contract when selling simple homepage links. But yes, $15 a month for one link on a somewhat new site with few unique visitors is pretty good.
