Price Check - Website makes $3k month?

Hey guys,

I found this website the other day on flippa and was curious to whether or not this is possible information. Website has 30k rank on Alexa and with adsense it makes 3k/mo.

I doubt that it makes $100 a month and i will explain why.

Although a 30k on Alexa seems good but in this case i think it's just paid traffic over a 3 month period just to boost alexa rankings and most if not all of it is from India.
Compete / Quantcast etc doesnt even show anything.
Semrush indicates that the website has no top 20 rankings at all.

There is actually no real content so i reckon google will not see any value in the site at all to rank it.

Personally i'd stay away but what i wrote is just my personal opinion

Did they show the verified AdSense reports?

How would anyone here know if the site makes $3k/month besides the owner?

The guy on flippa is attempting to market and sell his site by quoting misleading unverified metrics and revenue...

My advice steer well clear...
