Preventing ban waves when group posting on FB?

I'm doing group posting in FB but i keep getting these ban waves from where several accounts are getting id block or text verification blocked.

I'm using my own ip but i'm also getting ban waves when using proxies so i'm not sure what's going on..

Maybe i sould give proxies another try?

I was using Instantproxies last time maybe i should use an other on?
