Preventing a Video from being Flagged or Taken Down

I hate to say that it has come to this, but a local business has screwed me over. They have taken over $2500 for incomplete work they have done on my property.

I have tried to handle this civilly, but they ignore my calls and tell me to go ahead and post the experience online. This wasn't just a bad experience, but I feel like they robbed me of my money without providing quality or complete service. I want to take it one step farther and go ahead and create a video of their negative reviews online and get that to rank for their name. I'm hoping that anytime somebody searches their name, they will see my video.

I want to post my experience in the video as well as draw from popular review sites like yelp and yellowpages. I combed through the faqs of those sites and yellowpages says its ok to use their reviews. I havent found a definite answer from yelp yet. But I would like to just take some text and quotes from those sites and put it on the video.

My question is if there is anyway one guy or maybe even one guy and some of his friends will be able to flag my video or get it taken down for no other reason than being a negative to their business. Specifically, I am wondering about the "Infringe My Rights" selection that is available on youtube.

Sounds like you might want to take legal action before doing any of this.

But yeah, they technically could flag your video depending on the context what is said or written. However if it gets flagged and does not violate any of YouTube's violation rules etc you can always appeal it and get your video re-instated.

I considered legal action, just not sure how much I would get back especially after lawyer fees and all. But anyways, lets say I made a video that badmouthed chris7up. Could you and your buddies go and flag it a bunch of times and will it be reviewed before any action or removed and then reviewed? Kind of like a shoot first ask later type of deal. Not really sure how all of this works.

I'm just pissed off right now and want to get a little revenge.
