People fill out offers to get money. Nothing new there. The great thing is it's real cash, not points like other GPT sites, and you get more % when you have more referrals. Also second level, so if you get a few friends you can make a lot if they also try to promote it.
Things I have found that work - Get a lot of friends motivated to get refs, then when they get refs you profit. Basically free money without doing anything there because they do the work, you get the money. CL works great also, people on there are always looking to get free things.
The offers are usually from 25 cents to a dollar, but they're easy and there's a lot of shortcuts to fill them out fast. They pay by check and they're legit. You only need taxes if you get over 600 dollars in a month, so anyone can do it as long as you have a bank account for them to send the checks to.
Once you amass a lot of refs, they will most likely get motivated if you are lucky and you can just sit back and watch the cash roll in.
