Prestashop "special offer" module

Maybe someone can share the prestashop "special offer with countdown" or "flash sale" module?

You could easily create a module for yourself. Just make a module then for the code use the hooks and if needed the override feature. You'll get exactly what you want and it should only take an hour or two.
