So I have the potential of signing up with a client running a pressure washer/window cleaning business for 5 years.

He likes the 6-month proposal and is down to pay.

He's is asking me what's the price?

Do these guys have money? No offense to anyone - just curious? I usually work with dentists.

How much should I charge? Not sure if he has employees or how much he makes a year.

However, he has great reviews all over but yeah . . . maybe he's pulling 60 to 80 K a year? No clue . . .

I was thinking $1500 a monthly for 6 months?

Thx!

Never think for the other guy, Just tell your price and take it from there.

Yeah they make decent money for a blue collar job.

60/70K as a sole operator and significantly more if they have a crew working other jobs under their business.

I used to charge 40.00 per hour portal to portal when I owned a service like that with a $4,000.00 machine mounted on a trailer and more when I had a helper with me and that was 30 years ago.

Local SEO may not the pitch though as my money was from the businesses that were 50+ miles from me as that was where the industry was but you want to see where he is related to where the industrial action is. Nothing nicer than leaving the house at 3AM, getting paid to drive 2 hours, working for 9 or 10 hours and getting paid to drive 2 hours back.

He has cash, go get it.
