Press release sites with free link backs

I have been posting to free-press-release and I believe its prlog.

Neither of these sites allow me to link back to my site with something such as linking using the keyword.

Does anybody know any press release sites that will allow me to link words to my websites for free?

True, you can't use anchor text with prlog. But a backlink with your Url from a PR6 site is still good. Furthermore prlog usually gets good ranking in Google for low to mid level competition keywords. But be aware ttat you can't bookmark your press release at most of the most respected authority sites like Digg, etc.

its more just to send have link backs...

My site already ranks high and my pr's from prlog as well as fpr both come up on 1st page along with my site (this is for an offline business) so my competition is not really there.

I just need to find out what sites I can send my links from because im sick of using articles.
