What are the best Press Release sites to submit to?

Many people offer cheap submission services but the sites are mainly the free distribution sites and I am told they end up being marked as spam submissions.

What are the primo sites you want to submit to? Theres has to be some expensive high end sites with maximum exposure

I dont see the rates for Prnewswire Businesswire for submitting the PR. Has anyone used them?

What would be the most recognized pr service in terms of Google picking them up in the serps?

    Learning, always learning

You can use Official wire. You have to buy it's packages which I personally found very good. Official wire PR's often get ranked in Google news.

So I would prefer Official wire.

If it is a real press release http://www.dbusinessnews.com is a PR5, but they are manually reviewed, so spam is just wasting your time.
