Present Amazon SEO Problem and Solution !

Like other search engines (google, bing, yahoo) amazon also has its own search engine & algorithm. I dont want to waste my time to describe the importance of Amazon Search Engine Optimization and the benefits to rank TOP there. Because as you are reading this article so you have that amount of knowledge to understand what you guys are going to learn or understand.

Its been 3 month amazon started to change their Search Engine Algorithm which is Powered by A9. Previously people could rank easily by using SUPER URL and adding wishlist & shopping list. The algorithm were really simple. But now there is BIG NO for this old trick. I humbly request to all of amazon seller that please do not use any type of SUPER URL - which includes your keywords + ASIN together and trick with amazon algorithm. Because it will make a big trouble now. Amazon now developed such a system through which they can easily identity those seller who is trying to trick with amazon SEO algorithm.

So, you need to work in more organic way so that its become realistic. Still now many amazon SEO service provider don't know about this update and they are working as they did in past. By this way many Seller Account get BANNED / get WARNING from amazon and so on.


NOW LETS TALK ABOUT THE SOLUTION:
Now amazon is focusing on few factors in order to give SEO rank to any product with a specific keyword. Those are general as always amazon wants that every seller comply with those conditions.

1. Product Title, Description, Bullet points & images contains the keywords.
2. Have good review ratings with sufficient number of reviews at least 15+
3. Seller ratings more than 95%, its better to be 99% or 100%
4. Conversation rate that's mean the amount of traffic going to your product listing how many of them are buying you products.
5. And lastly those have to be organic.

Now the question is how you can influence the amazon algorithm? We recently found some tricks though which you can influence Amazon SEO algorithm. Though those trick might now work 100% but it can work 90% or above. The true fact is currently nobody has the absolute knowledge about Amazon SEO, as it changed recently.

TOP 3 Tricks still Working:

• Do wishlist by searching your specific keyword which you want to rank.
• Do add to cart to show amazon that people are interested to buy your product. The ratio of organic search wishlist + add to cart should be 5:1, thats mean if you do 500 wishlist per day then do 100 add to cart also.
• Try to Rate your Amazon product by clicking on Total review number & Maintain good review ratings.

I think it should be on both section, as its a open discussion with freelancers and sellers. We are trying to solve the current Amazon SEO problem. So we need both freelancers who is working in this sector and seller who should also know about it and share their view.

If it violates any rules then am sorry and moderator will solve it. But i think its ok.

I am facing a bit issue with Amazon SEO problem, I'm following this thread and lets see what will be outcome.
Meanwhile OP, my products never feature on page 1 for Google India.
Even if I copy the exact match, my product never comes any help regarding this?

The Amazon section is in the Jr. VIP Zone. I can technically move it there, but I'm unsure if OP would be able to interact with the thread afterwards. I'm going to assume that, much like Craigslist, Amazon discussions are prohibited on the public forum.

I've moved it to the "Other Affiliate Programs" section since I can't find a better section.

The purpose of the Hire A Freelancer section is to post a thread if you need to hire someone, not to have a discussion about the socio-economic issues freelancers face in the world of e-commerce product listing optimisation.
