Preparing for the Flash Die Out

I have a flash arcade website that receives some good organic traffic. Unfortunately, it's dying out. I need to come up with a game plan now and create a new website and slowly trickle all my website traffic over to my new website that isn't entirely flash based. Does anyone have any good ideas for websites where the main audience are kids under the age of 17?

All help is greatly appreciated.

Tbh you should have done this ages ago. Right now the only thing I would consider would be phone games, so if you can somehow get some open source games and make them look original, then send all traffic to thise and get ad revenue?

Game apps seems the most logical choice and I don't agree that you are too late but it has become more difficult for sure.
