Preparing an upcoming YT Channel

Hey guys, I am fairly new to the YT section of BHW but I have been on the website for a year now. I've see a lot of threads about how to make money on youtube but not on how to prepare a legit channel.

I'd like to start uploading some HQ video tutorials I shot but i want to prepare my channel with some followers. OR anything that will get me more than 367 views the first time I upload.

If you have any threads you can forward me to it would be greatly appreciated.

Time is not a problem I'd rather start uploading in a year with 5k Followers than in a month with 500.

You have to start from 0. The first 100 legit subscribers are the hardest.

Don't focus on the subscribers! They will come.

Just focus on creating great content and RANK YOUR VIDEOS so people will actually see them.

This will get you subs automatically.

Upload some interesting videos on your YT channel. Make your video length as shortly, because the short videos get more viewers.

YouTube Ads also helpful to get your videos are the good reach.
