I can vouch for the Simon's giftcard which you can get for $2 at the mall ($20 card costs $22). You register the card online yourself using whatever name & address you want. I've made online purchases, verified PP, and used it for GPT sites with no problems whatsoever. Just be certain that you use the exact info (address, etc) that you used to register the card.

yeah walmart sucks took me a month to get money back. After they said I didn't exist. And this was with real info. Had to dispute the charge through my bank. They don't like giving money back. STAY AWAY FROM WALLY WORLD.
 
Sorry forgot to add. If you are smart you will look through the terms agreement and find a card like deluxegiftcards.com and look to see if they allow recurring payments. I don't like deluxegiftcards b.c you have to wait for up to 12 days to receive the card.

bob937: Since you're new I'll explain something to you, no offense intended. Don't bump old threads without good reason. This means, if you find an old thread, such as this one, that hasn't had any posts in over 6months, don't post on it. It causes the thread to be 'bumped' to the top since it has current activity. However, the thread itself has old information that may or may not be still useful and causes people to think it's current.
