are there any out there that you can put over 100 on and not have to use a SSN??? if you could withdraw from an atm too that would bve amazingQ!!!

I think that all of them require an SSN. But I'm not sure...try Walmart's Bluebird card.

I don't think anyone is going to want to give up their SSN no matter how sweet the deal.

Guys just go with Payoneer...you get us bank account and debit mastercard, sent to you home addy for free..you can use it to transfer funds from paypal to card and then from card on atm.

You need your SSN because of tax and identity verification.
