i am planning on buying bulk godaddy domains but the offer is USA only (i'm in EU so there will be fees) and you cant use paypal, so is there anywhere online i can order a prepaid card which works in USA (with no fees)?

U may be able to do that by buying reloadable vccs from fellow sellers

He is right. Just check out the marketplace. There are plenty of bhw sellers selling VCCs.
