Prepaid Credit Cards To Test Affiliate Programs

Does anyone know a prepaid visa card I can buy that will allow web transactions, and will allow a preauthorize on the card.

I need to test some sponsors that I think are shaving, but i'm having a hard time finding a prepaid card that will work for online transactions like that...
