Prepaid Cards - How To Activate and Reload Them

I've been driving myself crazy trying to figure out how to activate reload packs for prepaid cards. Does anyone know exactly how this works?

Is there special software or can anybody do it with a swipe device?

Share what you know please.

If your talking about a regular prepaid card, You go to the store location that offers em
and pay the fee + the amount you want/can put on the card.

You have money in your pocket and your expecting a software online to load your card.
Maybe your hoping to load the card with no money using your "special software" IDK.
And for a swipe device or card reader there needs to be money on the card LOL.
I shared what I know. Maybe someone else can give you the answer your looking for if it exist.
I don't use prepaid cards like that.

There doesn't need to be money on the card to load it. If I walk up to the cashier they put info into their computer and load it. I want to know how to do that without the need of a cashier.

I use my prepaid card to get adsense payments. If that's what you're asking, yes they do.
