Prepaid Card for Paypal Verification

Hi everyone,

I would like to know what are some Prepaid cards that I can use to go through the Paypal verification process?

I would have to be able to input my name and address for that card to match with Paypal.

Payoneer and many vcc providers.
If you want to match address then i guess avcc is way to go.
 
If you're from the U.S any of the re loadable prepaid cards in gas stations will work.

The Address Verification System (AVS) is a system used to verify the address of a person claiming to own a credit card. The system will check the billing address. - this is when someone needs avs virtual credit card.

You need to use a AVS VCC. Pre paid cards especially in the USA need to many personal identifiers for this.
Forget the MoneyPak and Walmart cards for stealth accounts.

u can buy vcc here at bhw i think some sellers are giving pp vcc for like at10 or so

Uquid.com for very cheap vcc. Paypal will accept for sure.
 
avs vcc is the safe & secure for verifcation if you need vcc let me know
