when i add card to my ad account it works prepaid, but when i prepay the cost it doesn't work, do you have any way to solve this problem?

Your case is likely to be a payment card error. Therefore, change another payment card to see if it works.
If it does not work, change the advertising campaign, Facebook advertising account. Because sometimes the campaign or account has been noticed, there will be a ban.

due to meta seeing irregularities in the account or payment card not being trusted
 
card and method required some IPs may be banned systemically what you need to change Card IP Account
 
Maybe you should change another account Because now the problem of adding a payment card but prepaid is a trending feature of Facebook newly updated

Try clearing the cache and cookies.
Open the account in incognito or in a different browser.
Disable the adblocker if enabled.
Add a different card; sometimes cards get blocked due to overspending and other reasons.
