Preowned jewelry ecommerce SEO

Right, so I have inventory of preowned gold/silver jewelry in excellent condition. Acquired as whitehat as it gets, Mary Poppins whitehat.
I want to sell it online but this niche has CPC around $5-10 adwords. As SEO is difficult for ecommerce sites, it will take even longer to rank organically, so I'd have to go paid traffic all the way which would not be cost effective in this case. (I'm competing with all those cash for gold places that can afford to spend $10/click in order to rip people off)

Does anyone know of a low percent consignment estore that is reputable and deals with jewelry?
Or have ideas about ranking/SEO/PPC for an estore in this niche?

Getting your products built on stores like sears, newegg & making your product pages more flexible with SEO is a great idea to get this started, pinterest is also an option but that goes in social media.
