Cloudcall.com offer the ability to use premium rate number and earn a percentage, if that’s what you mean? There’s probably other voip providers offering the same.

Just bear in mind that premium phone lines in the U.K. have a ton of regulations attached.

ill give you a niche that make you millions on a premium phone.

i no becouse i tested the field my self years back.

computer support software and hardware.

boaring business but will pay the bills and holidays, more you work more it pays.

your need to be business registred to get any real deal and tacken serious .
