Premium rate SMS number needed

So i tried a method 2 years ago with premium rate SMS, it worked a little but i didn't have much to put into it so i called it off, I figured i'd revisit it now since i'm in a better position, but the company i used is no longer around.

I need one where i get all the texts to that number without a prefix, i need to read the message, but i also need to reply to it.

Anyone any ideas, because i seriously don't even know what to google
