hidemyass will email you a raw list of proxies everyday
for life. this is only a list of tested working live proxies
public proxies. the average text list seems to be around
1500. a bit low considering u can get around 3-4k public
proxies on your own quite easily. if your lucky you might
get 1-200 scrapebox proxies - if your lucky. but for thoes
on a budget ... its not bad..but remember its a raw list.
you will have to re- test it.
I've had quite a good success rate on using these with scrapebox, certainly alot more than 200 but each day is different.
One thing I never do is check them proxy is live or working I just dump the non-planet-labs list into scrapebox and scrape away with no issues...
Additionally I've managed to hit sponsored tweets with around 700 clicks per tweet and successfully been paid 2 months in a row now "you just have to keep it within acceptable limits".

first of all to falkor i think you did a nice thing
posting your unwanted lists to the forum for thoes
who cant get proxies - the downside being every leecher
who isnt registered here can see them and get them also.

yes when it comes to public scraped proxies, there is what i
call the 5k rule, with the exception of times when public proxies
fall, if you didnt no they go up and down throughout the year,
right now we are in a down spot, public harvested proxies are sitting
around 3-4k per scrape. of which maybe a few hundred will work in
scrapebox. the only other way to top that is public port scanned proxies
wich will beat just bout anything except private proxies.
how to get a list of 3-4k public proxies? either harvest them through
scrapebox then test them.. or search out forums to compile a list of
urls that update every day then leech them. but remember your urls
must be open forum urls. meaning u can see the lists without being
able to login or scrapebox wont take them

To begin with there is 100,000's on this forum you could dump into a proxy checker and remove dupes etc.
Other place is PasteBin... you can find literally anything on there.

there is no point dumping 100,000 proxies in a tester.
after supplying proxies for 7 yrs, the only amount of
public proxies working at any one given time is 3-5k
testing 100k is a waste of any users time. and as we
all no time is money. but hay its just advice if you wish
to test list that large go right ahead.
