Premium Domain name

One of my domain is expired and has a grace time of 30 days. I just checked GoDaddy and it shown me my domain as Premium and €91,482.93 Minimum Offer.

1- Is it just a fake estimation or can I really sell it on this amount?
2- What would you do if you are at my place?
3- Is there a better way to check if domain worth to renew?

Am happy to look into the domain if you pm me.

This is either because you put it on sale or GD has already taken it and put it on sale.

It is also possible it is a premium domain and you may have to pay premium rates to renew the domain
