Why don't you try both? There are many factors to overcome Facebook's ad review when you run Casio ads. If you pass it, you can link directly to the offer, otherwise, you can use a prelander.
For certain types of ads, having your Facebook account blocked is a common issue. That's why there are services that offer buying or renting Facebook ads accounts.

The way i am doing is, the safe page is pre-lander, which redirects all potential traffic to my money page using Cloaker.
