Prelander question

Hello guys, please bare with me im new and dont even have the accounts up yet.
Trying to replicate someone's else tactics on instagram for Ogads.
Got his landing page and everything else except this fake page you can see at the link below.

So the IG spam account has a bit.ly URL and when you click it you get to the fake page I just posted. What is this page doing and how can I replicate it? I suppose it also adds safety from IG guard bots? Or its just a confidence fluff to increase leads?

Thank you and please someone explain to me what this page does and how can I replicate it/do I even need it?

This is a landing page where you send your traffic to. On that page your present your offer. As you can see, this page has got a brief survey that you have to take before being redirected to a content locker.

Having such a landing page can definitely boost your conversions rate!

well the prelander is from valar. the website just copies his tumblr blog

it's just pre-lander to keep your cpa landing page safe from getting blocked or detected by instagram bot

How can I replicate it then and use it too? Can anyone help me with the file maybe?
