Prefered Payment Methods For CPA Affilates?

I'd like to know the preferred methods of payment for CPA affiliates in:

(1) USA

(2) Offshore

(3) Countries with special financial issues.

Just looking for how you guys and gals like to get paid, so help me out as helping me could very well help you down the road!

Were I to pay you through PayPal for a service rendered, you would take the percentage hit charged by PayPal.

Would you be willing to accept that?

check is always the most efficient, no fees. in my estimation and this will probably get some hate: any affiliate that prefers paypal is usually not worth being called an affiliate.

and here's why:

A. You lose money which is just stupid if you are any type of real business person
B. Affiliates that want to get paid lightening fast are generally fraudulent

Check, net 15 aka 2 checks a month is perfect.
