Pre-Sell Page, Squeeze Page, Email List etc. - Where Does This Come From?

Hello all,

In the past I have successfully earned with Clickbank by just using Bing ads and direct linking to the vendor sales page. As I've read numerous times, you are missing out on a ton of prospective customers by doing this. I always hear from people, "Build a list with a squeeze page" "Use a pre-sell page" etc.

After searching, I can't find any specific method here that explains how to do this... Sure, you can look on WF and buy some sketchy WSO, but that's not my thing. My question is, where can I go to learn about building a list and earning the most efficient way? I'm not asking for a spoon-fed method, but at least just some direction on how this works. I find it amazing that everyone always says not building a list is hurting you... but I never see anyone describing how it's done.

I may sound like a noob, but even the more skilled IM have things to learn. After being extremely successful with dropshipping and CPA, I would like to learn more about this.
