Understood. I plan to write 20, post immediately, then set a timed release for he remainder while writing Mre so that I can always be ahead by a few posts. . .depends on how fast you can write an article. if you are going to be writing a new article everyday you can start with less. if it takes you a week to write an article you should have a few stored up so you can keep posting and not miss a day.
By having a substantial number of blog posts ready at launch, you can create a consistent publishing schedule and maintain a regular flow of content, which can help attract and retain readers.I was told that the best move is to have 30 blog posts written before you launch your blog.
Seems a little excessive but. . . what do you guys think?
Thanks in advance![]()
30? Why 30?best move is to have 30 blog posts written
Some blogs have in total 30 posts only and still manage to do well. It is all about quality of the posts written and seo done.I was told that the best move is to have 30 blog posts written before you launch your blog.

Thanks -- great advice.Probably I would have told you.
It's up to you, 30, 25 , 20 to make it look real also add the necessary pages and social media likes( Twitter pinterest etc) , toc, privacy policy pages and you are good to go.
Got it. Basically, I just want enough to keep people reading for a while when they land on my site rather than bouncing as there are only one or two posts. So, if I post, say 20, I can queue the rest to release at the rate of a couple per week (while also writing a couple per week and queuing them from that point on), which is what I am looking to do long term.30? Why 30?
Did i miss something in the past decade?
There is no set rule on how many you want on your blog, but instead, think about the future.
How often are you going be posting?
If you are posting 100 a month, it would not make any sense to start with under 10.
Having too few blog posts is also an issue too, You can always just have enough blog posts queued up and sceduled to be posted day in day out.
Having 123901321031 posts all posted at the same time looks bad too.
Brilliant. Thank you.The pace of content creation depends on various factors such as the subject matter, the research required, and the writer's personal style. For those who can write an article every day, starting with a lower number of articles may be sufficient. However, for those who require more time to produce quality content, having a few articles stored up can ensure that posting schedules are met without missing a day. Ultimately, the key to successful content creation is finding a pace that works for the writer and the audience, ensuring consistent and engaging content that keeps readers coming back for more.
Every HOUR?!By having a substantial number of blog posts ready at launch, you can create a consistent publishing schedule and maintain a regular flow of content, which can help attract and retain readers.
I am posting an article every hour for example.
In the end its up to you what your goals are.

Thanks -- and yes, my niche will have an almost endless supply of articles and things to keep people occupied. As you say, I need a few core articles, and then a few more lined up on timed-release. The question I was pondering really was how many articles should form that core. . . 30 did seem a little excessive.Yup
You want to keep pumping out fresh content if your niche allows you to.
But at the same time, you need to have the "core" articles there already.
Google loves constant update of good fresh content
how many are u gonna do per month realistically "afterwards"Thanks -- and yes, my niche will have an almost endless supply of articles and things to keep people occupied. 1 or 2 per weekhow many are u gonna do per month realistically "afterwards"
then 30 as a core won't be too much at all.1 or 2 per week
Great. I'll stick with that then.then 30 as a core won't be too much at all.
