The first half of your comment I agree with, the second half makes you an insensitive prick, no offence.
For a plane to go missing for this length of time generally means one thing.

I really hope all people somehow survived and just were unable to make contact so far, but it looks really bad at this point.
Btw. two people listed on the passenger-list (1 Italian & 1 Austrian) contacted the authorities and both say they never booked this flight and both say that they individually had their passports stolen last year in Thailand. Somebody seem to have boarded the plane in their names...
