PR9 ******** link

While posting a question on Adobe i used a anchor tag but that was removed when my question appeared. I don't know why, do they allow anchor tags after certain number of questions and answers?

You are right if you want to monetize on a short term, as i do.
The main reason Google slaps periodically happen is always to clean up those pages that has got huge backlinks with spamming tecniques.
I have got awesome pageranks and serps result in few days for temporary landing pages but after some weeks this is over at all. My authority sites has grown with pageranks with few (but few few) backlinks and only with relevant content.
 
I would assume that profile links on adobes forum would be pr0

Well, in time the big G et al will count it and if you have an arts/media site, I think it will help some. A good idea is to submit your new adobe profile to various directories, social networks etc. and that will give it some more rank. I always add backlinks to my backlinks, and believe me, it works! :tee:

Same category links matter most, that is if your site is about Real Estate then links from Real Estate site would matter more similarly adobe link will matter more for designers, css sites etc.
 
I know couple of scammer who scam guestbook comment whos pr is 0. So I think it is better to place your link from pr0 to pr1-2. Because it is confirm your backlink will be there for centuries

Yeah, your backlink will be in a PR0 forum for centuries, kind of like my old TV set sitting in the local garbage dump...and just as useful for SERPs and PR. :rolleyes:

Google sees it as a vote of confidence. It does not matter if the page you leave your link is PR0. As long as the Home page has a High Pr, you will see a move in SERP. This is from my experience.

I have a site ranked first page for a keyword that has over 33m results and all i did was profile backlinks from High PR sites.

Don`t let anyone tell you something doesn`t work, just go out and try it and prove if it does work or not!
