PR7 Article With Auto-Approve Do Follow Comments

For everyone complaining about me bragging about the link, CHECK THE OP. It's not me just saying "hey look I found this link, the rest of you can go to hell!" NO, I had a question and then a comment about Scrapebox.
For those who say it's impossible to find links like this with Scrapebox then you obviously haven't tried using it to it's full potential. It's main purpose isn't commenting, it's HARVESTING.
I could care less if people think I'm being greedy or an asshole for "bragging" but I've seen tons and tons of high quality places to drop your links that get spammed to death. And it's not by people with a 100 posts who contribute to the forum, it's lurkers who have 1 or 2 posts who could really care less about their reputation on BHW.
With that said, I've explained why I'm not sharing so if you're just going to come back and flame then you're better off just not posting. If you want to comment about the power of Scrapebox or even answer the question I asked, then feel free. BHW is about sharing information, not material. One guy PM'ed me and asked HOW I got that PR7 blog and I explained it to him step-by-step how I found it. To bad none of you asked me how, but instead just asked me for it.

Considering that PR is assigned based on content relevance among other things like domain age and authority etc I would have to say no, it won't do you a hell of a lot of good. But the encouraging thing is, now that you have found a high PR URL that isn't related to your niche, you should be able to refine your method to find high PR links that ARE more relevant to your niche.
Whenever I find a high PR page, I look for where the site is getting it's link juice from. Generally I run the link extractor against that page and check the PR of all the links it extracts. Then I run the extractor against the highest PR links again and again. After I get bored doing that I scrub out all the dupes and sites I will never get a post onto send it all to the blog analyser. Then I split all the postable URLs into files pertaining to the relevant platform. So a text file for WP, one for MoveableType and so on. Once I've done that, I do a few commenting runs against these sites and split the auto-approve blogs out by running the Check Link feature. Anything that says 'link found' gives me instant SCRAPEGASM!

PR is based on one thing and its not relevance or content. PR is based on number of backlinks,quality of backlink ie pr of backlink page.
Relevance means nothing. Take the keyphrase "golf club" do you think the big G knows if it means for the golf game or for a volkswagon car club?
I have no backlinks on relevant sites but still rank well for a competitive term,all down to having high pr backlink.
