PR6 with 400 backlinks!!

Hey guys, I am pretty sure this domain has fake PR but how to check it? and how did he get it?
domain : This domain has NO indexed backlink on G
Alexa rank= 2000000+
Even info: can not tell which page he is deriving PR from. :y:
Just one site tells the original PR of this site which is 0 and that site is:
LOLs even Description of site say Just another wordpress blog...

If you redirect/point/(I don't know how you call it) a site with pr6 to that site it shows pr6 to next pr update.. It isn't worth anything. search on this forum, there are plenty of threads like this..

You should have checked it before suggesting because its not detecting Fake PR. Its saying that PR6 is valid!!
