PR6 Domain? how much to expect

I have a PR6 domains and i m planning to sell it in the next 2 months. The domain is 1.5 years old and is PR6.
Apart from this i have around 10 different pages on that domain which are PR5

I receive 1000 Visitors Per month and i have not monetized this domains with ads. So expect no other revenue from this domain. The domain is related to Tech and is currently a Tech blog

How much can i expect for this domain.

i am not an expert on domains , but a PR6 in 1.5 years, i like to examine the site as you are already selling it , so there will be no risk of getting ur niche exposed or anything .Please PM me ur URL

selling links on to your home page and those PR5 inner pages will get you some 5-6k each year , isnt it

i would say something above 10k for the domain ,could be more or less , try contacting meathead the MOD of the siteflipping section , he is guru of selling websites and will also sell ur website for good price for a small % share

PR6 domains are available for around 300-500 bucks at Auctions and 1000 visitors per month is nothing. The 10k "could" only be true if you already had clients with contracts who rent links on your site for around $600,-/month. Your site might have the potential to make that monthly but as long as it doesnt make it, it's worth peanuts.

Btw last time you asked here how much you should ask for links on that site, you dropped that idea? I think that brings in a lot more money then selling it as you won't get a high price for it. I guarantee you that.

I think that there is a big difference from various PR6 sites:

If you buy it in online auction like godaddy the value is very less 200-300$
because traffic is useless and there are no content in the site... so you can expect at next update a PR4 max PR5

If the site is an estabilished one... never gone down for more then 4 weeks the value change a lot!! ;)
 
You are wrong, it's all about how much money the site has made over the last 3-6 months. If it made zero its not worth much more then any other domain at the auctions. I agree a PR6 empty shelf might do $200-300 and a website with it might do $500,- but certaintly not in the thousands, let alone $10k LOL
