PR5 user generated site

Not sure where to post this and not get into trouble so I figured the lounge would be safe.

planned-diet.com is a PR5 and only a few months old. I just started increasing the sites backlinks. Anyway it is a user generated site that allows DO FOLLOW links. I know it is a dieting site but still do follow links.

You all are free to post spun articles and add links back to whatever site you want.
