just a question, although they may have high prs, but the page that your backlink is on would probably be a low pr like 0 or 1, doesn't that defeat the purpose if we were looking for a high pr backlink?

Mate,

My idea is, backlinks from high pr pages are good for you site. Anyway, you need to make sure those links are created in natural ways and looked naturally in the eye of Google Algorithm.

Submitting articles to directories is not the method that you get high pr backlinks, but you get backlinks naturally through a variable of text which tells google you are legit. Anyway, if the directories have good pr and popularity, you get credits...
