I found this site while digging into a competitors backlinks. the page source doesn't indicate that its a no follow but it hasn't hit my backlink watch yet so I don't know if is worth it.

1:Click on log in and then create new guest account
2:Click "this Link"
3:Up at the top find your guest name and click on it. It will take you to your profile.
4: click on edit profile and change your guest name and save.
5:Click on personal blog and create your content.
6:Scroll down and select publish to and select "anyone in the world" option then save changes.
