Rather than in email, I personally feel the community as a whole needs to know:
Is there a charge for making these guest postings, or are you paying per accepted submission?
Will you allow video/photo/audio/drawings/cartoons etc included in the article?
Is the approval process automated?
If denied or removed is there a human that will give feedback?

The contents will be posted on our website for free, however you may abide by our terms shouted on the thread. We don't pay you for submitting the content, but you get 2 quality backlinks per submitted post. So this guest post might be about Backlinks.

Actually, we do allow all contents, but you need to make sure that they attached with the article of at least 350 words.
Is the approval process automated?
We manually approve each article; human reading + copyscape.com
If denied or removed is there a human that will give feedback?
If your article is denied, we'll inform you with the reasons. To make sure your content passes our approval process, please follow our guideline on the thread, and you need to double check for grammar + spelling error as well as copyscape.
